"I’ve been trying to resolve a lower back, and a partially torn hamstring injury for the past four years. I’ve seen numerous doctors, chiropractors, and PTs and made little progress. Very frustrated, because I am not ready to give up biking, running, skiing, paddling, etc, I went to see Rita, and after an initial visit that lasted an hour (!), she sent me home with three exercises and I am pleased to report I am feeling great. Not completely better, I think I still have some work to do, but I definitely feel I am on the right track."
